Discovery

What happens in Discovery:

- →50% deposit to kick off the project
You will leave Discovery knowing exactly what you are getting, when you will get it, and what it will cost. No vague timelines, no open-ended scope.
Build
This is where the work happens. I design and develop your site, starting with the most important pages and building outward. You are not left in the dark — you will see progress and have opportunities to give input.
Design
I create the visual structure of your site — layout, color, typography, and content hierarchy — tailored to your brand.
Development
The design comes to life in code. Every page is built mobile-first, fast, and accessible.
Content
I write copy that reflects your voice, communicates your value, and guides visitors toward action.
Review
You review the work in progress. Your package includes revision rounds to dial everything in.
You will never wait weeks without an update. I keep communication consistent and keep projects moving.
Launch
When the site is approved, we go live. Launch is not just clicking a button — it involves connecting your domain, verifying everything loads correctly, and making sure search engines can find you.
Launch checklist:

- ✓Google Search Console setup and sitemap submitted
- ✓Google Analytics configured (Professional and Premium)
- ✓Contact form tested and confirmed working

Ongoing Care
Launching a website is the beginning, not the end. Websites need maintenance, security updates, and occasional content changes to stay effective. Optional care plans are available if you want that handled for you.
Basic Care
Core maintenance: updates, security, backups, 1 content change/mo.
Standard Care
Everything in Basic, plus performance monitoring, analytics reporting, and 2 content changes/mo.
Premium Care
Full service: 4 content changes/mo, SEO monitoring, same-day support, and quarterly strategy calls.
Care plans are optional — you can manage your site yourself after handoff. But if you would rather focus on running your business, we have you covered.
